Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• Please make sure that you have addressed all the points mentioned in the checklist before submission to NJMS.
   Intitutional Review Committee (IRC) approval letter from the affiliated institute
   Forwarding letter (Template can be downloaded HERE.)
   NJMS Authorship/Declaration Form must be completely filled. (Template can be downloaded HERE.)
• Declaration page must be scanned and sent with signature of the Corresponding Author, and Principal Author
  
   Contribution checklist template (Template can be downloaded HERE.)
   Manuscript file
   Supporting File/s -
• Include individual Image/Picture files (jpeg,) - with minimum 300 dpi pixel count and 800x600 size.
